- Furthermore we will also collect data such as User’s Images, Outlet Images, Geo Location and distributor images to verify the location of the user.

TCPL may collect your Data in several ways from your use of our suite of applications and websites. For instance:

- TCPLs-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries and other entities within the Tata group of companies, to assist them to reach out to you in relation to their programs or campaigns (including marketing and sales) and to process your query / requests (such as job application);

By engaging with TCPL or its various brands via verified WhatsApp for Business accounts by one of below actions:
- By responding to our promotional ads lending to WhatsApp for business accounts
- By engaging with campaign SMS’s with link to our WhatsApp for Business accounts
- By giving us a missed Call to initiate the chat conversation
- By scanning dedicated QR codes on packs dedicated to initiate a brand’s WhatsApp for business chat
These actions are hereby treated as your consent to receive transactional and promotional messages, or notifications, as generated by the various brands.
Opt-out
We provide all Users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from Us in general.
For opting out of receiving any transactional and promotional messages or notifications on your WhatsApp account, please type & send 'STOP' individually to each brand's WhatsApp for a business account or brand chatbot you may have previously subscribed to.
