Consolidated Results

Tata Consumer Products delivered volume led topline growth of 12%. India Branded Business Underlying Volume Growth at 13%

Financial Highlights

Revenue from Operations grew 12% YoY in Q1 to Rs 5,349 Crores

India Branded Business recorded Underlying Volume Growth (UVG) of 13%

‘Growth businesses’ grew 47% in Q1 and scaled to 36% of the India business

International Business grew by 16% (3% in constant currency)

Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter at Rs 730 Crores, up 19%

Group Net Profit for the quarter at Rs 427 Crores, up 29%

 

Tata Consumer Products Ltd.  today announced its results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.

Some of the key Business updates are:

India

Strong underlying volume growth with steady volume growth in tea and salt.  Growth businesses accelerated further, up 47%.

  • Salt revenue grew 7% during the quarter backed by steady volume growth. 
  • For the quarter, India tea volumes grew 2%, revenue was lower as the benefit of lower tea cost was passed on to consumers. Coffee continued its strong trajectory with a revenue growth of 24% for the quarter.
  • Tata Sampann recorded 58% revenue growth during the quarter, with strong performance across categories.
  •  Tata Sampann strengthened its presence in the spices category by building a comprehensive whole spices portfolio covering major consumer need spaces.
  • RTD (Ready-to-Drink) business delivered 41% revenue growth. Growth was broad based across the portfolio with continued focus on premiumization and innovation. New flavour variants were introduced in Tetley Kombucha Zero– Cranberry and Pineapple to strengthen the zero-sugar beverages portfolio.
  • Capital Foods and Organic India delivered revenue growth of 40% and 27% respectively for the quarter. Health & wellness and convenience focused launches continue to expand the addressable market and drive category growth.

Innovation – Continued to power growth with 14 new launches during the quarter

  • Innovation remained a core growth driver, with 14 new launches during the quarter and a strong innovation pipeline in place for the year. 

 

International Business – Maintained steady growth

  • For the quarter, the International business revenue grew 16% (3% in constant currency), led by strong performance in the USA.
  • In the UK, Teapigs and Good Earth continued to gain share in the Specialty and Fruit & Herbal segments.

Tata Starbucks – Continued momentum on same store sales growth

  • Revenue for the quarter grew 11% backed by strong same store sales growth. Tata Starbucks ended the quarter with 498 stores in India.
  • During the quarter, four new stores were opened including two Reserve stores in Kolkata and New Delhi respectively, strengthening the premium portfolio.

“We delivered yet another quarter of double-digit topline growth, backed by volume growth. Importantly, this translated to a consolidated net profit growth of 29%.

The India branded business delivered robust underlying volume growth reflecting continued focus on execution, category expansion and innovation. Our ‘Growth’ businesses performed very well and have scaled their overall contribution to the India business. Tata Sampann continued to record exceptional growth driven by performance across multiple categories- dry fruits, cold-pressed oils as well as core pulses and spices. The Ready-To-Drink business delivered a strong quarter with strong performance across core brands as well as new launches.

The International business continued to deliver steady performance with margins being accretive to the overall company margins.

Our innovation momentum continues with 14 new launches in Q1 and a roadmap in place to fuel our growth agenda this year.
