Post my 1-year stint, I was entrusted with the exciting role of Customer Marketing Manager in the E-commerce function. "I joined Tata Consumer as a part of the Emerging Leaders Program in June 2020. Ever since then, it’s been a rollercoaster ride. Despite joining in the middle of the pandemic, the management put us at ease and made us feel like a part of the organization. As a part of the program, apart from HR stints we also undertook a sales stint, did market visits, and visited our packaging centers. Within HR I had the opportunity to work on diverse areas, starting with building a well-being framework, defining its pillars and initiatives, working as an HR partner for the operations function, and currently working on the digital HR agenda for the company."

"I started my journey with Tata Consumer in April 2020 during COVID-19 lockdown as a Summer Intern, despite the unique challenges I had a remarkable experience with the Projects Team at Tata Starbucks. Post completion of my internship, I joined Tata Consumer as a Management Trainee in May 2021. The projects, mentorship, and evaluation helped me in developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in Operations Management. In April 2022, I was commended as Associate Manager - Demand Planning. I am grateful for the unwavering support and constant encouragement from all levels that helped me succeed and achieve."

"As part of Tata Consumer’s Emerging Leaders Program - Batch of 2020, I worked across different functions within the company. This included working with the Beverages Marketing Team on a re-stage for their regional tea brands, creating an online ordering platform from scratch for Starbucks, and sweating it out on the busy streets of Delhi & Gurgaon, where I learned the basics of General Trade sales. Post this, I was entrusted with my final role in a new function – Channel Development. As part of this role, I led various critical strategic projects on a national level across channel/ distribution expansion. After moving from the sales function to Marketing, I have been entrusted to lead the Innovations Portfolio for the Tea Category within the Marketing Innovations function."

"I joined TCPL as a Management trainee as part of the Emerging Leaders Plus program. The focus of the program is to enable cross-functional learning through stints across the different functions of the organization. Through the program, I got the opportunity to work with the frontline Sales team, Digital Transformation and Delivery team, and Plant operations team. It gave me exposure to different facets of business and understand the processes within the organization. I was also able to interact with senior leaders and get insights from them. It has been an incredible opportunity for me, and I am eager to keep developing and learning while also helping the company succeed."
