Indore Packeting Centre wins the prestigious Golden Peacock National Quality Award 2019

We are pleased to announce that TGB's Indore Packeting Centre (PC) was recognised as the Winner of ‘Golden Peacock National Quality Award’ for 2019. Surrya Karriapa, General Manager – Production and Dharma Saikia, Deputy Manager - Indore PC received the award. The famed Golden Peacock Awards for ‘Business Excellence’, ‘Quality’, ‘Training’ & ‘Innovative Product / Service’ were part of Institute of Directors (IOD) India's 29th World Congress on Leadership for Business Excellence & Innovation held in Dubai earlier this month.

The National Quality Award Scheme was instituted by IOD in 1991 to encourage Total Quality improvements in manufacturing and service organisations in India. The Golden Peacock National Quality Award stimulates organisations to rapidly accelerate the pace of customer-oriented improvement process. It is a powerful self-assessment process and a way to build an organisation's brand equity on quality. The preparation for the award and self-assessment of its operations, which is part of the application process, helps to inspire and align the work force and management towards improved organisational performance.
