Tata Consumer Products launches CUSP (Caregivers Support Program), to support its employees in their parenthood journey
August 27, 2021: Tata Consumer Products, the consumer products Company uniting the principal food and beverage interests of the Tata Group under one umbrella, has launched a comprehensive Caregivers Support Program, ‘CUSP’ for its employees in India who are new parents or are on the cusp of parenthood. The program is aimed at helping employees successfully balance their professional and personal commitments to foster a more inclusive and progressive workplace.
The CUSP program aims to equip, guide and support new parents, managers, and HR colleagues for the journey ahead through policies, benefits and comprehensive handbooks.

As part of the CUSP program, there are also provisions for employees who are adopting children and support for new fathers through the Paternity leave policy. The new program is applicable to all employees of Tata Consumer Products in India.
